  • Improves Problem Solving Skills –Sports can help improve and develop better problem-solving skills and communication. As a team, you and your team members are expected to work together and reach a certain target, which leads the members to make quick decisions to strategize and respond to different situations individually as well as collectively. These skills can then gradually help employees in their work-life too.

2.CONS
  • Costly affair– Games and Sports Activities in Delhi Organizing sports or any outdoor activities involve a huge cost for the company. For example – renting a playing ground, providing all the sports and safety equipment, refreshments, the cost of missing a working day at work, etc. Also, not all employees get a chance to participate in sports. It is only for the select few. Thus, investing a huge chunk of money just on a handful of employees is a huge factor a company has to take into consideration.

  • A gap in Communication– It is true that while playing a sport, employees will have to work in a team and will thus strengthen their bonding. However, it is not necessary that they will have the same team to work with while at their duties. What would have worked with them at the playing field may or may not work with them in their real job? Coming from a diverse background, it might be possible that they do not communicate at all with their team members at work even if they did at the sports activity.
