Employee Engagement activities in Delhi


The IBM Smarter Workforce Institute and Globoforce’sWorkHuman® Research Institute recently conducted global research the study, where they defined employee experience as “a set of perceptions that employees have about their experiences at work in response to their interactions with the organization.”
The IBM research findings indicated that during employees’ workday, they typically interact across the three spheres – the social sphere, the physical sphere, and the work sphere. These spheres of interaction are the key starting point of any employee experience.

The study determined that leadership and workplace practices are key drivers of employee experience and thereof employee engagement. It is the management that provides the path for generating positive employee experience. Team building activities, the camaraderie amongst the team members, immediate acknowledgment of efforts, instilling pride and team spirit are top drivers of employee experience leading to prolonged employee engagement.

A positive employee experience leads to a happy state of mind, better performance, increased initiatives by the workforce, higher productivity and most of all increased employee engagement.
It was observed that organizations with engaged employees satisfied strong advocates of organizational work culture and look for staying long with their organization.
An inspired, motivated workforce leads to higher focus in work, and as per the study contributed to higher average revenues and profits. These measurable business outcomes have provided the necessary impetus to organizations to work towards transforming their workplaces.
Once a firm enters the transformational world of employee experience and employee engagement, it doesn’t take long to understand why everyone’s talking about this.
